The truck broke down, so I ended up needing to cancel and use another moving service, but the communication and customer service I received was wonderful, and Chris refunded my deposit. He accidentally sent me a quote with a rate that was lower than it should have been, and updated the booking information to reflect that lower rate when I asked about it. I can’t speak to the moving service itself, but I’d recommend CM Movers just based off of how wonderful Chris was to schedule with.

Chris and his team made my move absolutely stress-free from start to finish—twice now! I’ve used them for two separate moves, and both experiences were completely flawless.
They showed up right on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and handled everything with real care and professionalism. Not a single wall was bumped, and all of my furniture was carefully protected throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was how quickly they loaded and unloaded everything without ever cutting corners. On top of that, their fees were extremely reasonable compared to other companies, which made the whole experience even better.

The owner and his assistant were absolutely amazing and so professional, I was not nearly as ready as I’d intended to be for them and they showed up early, helped me pack and load, handled the logicitics of how best to safely load a massive apartment worth of boxes and furniture as well as my garage, as well, and I can’t say enough good things about them! Much thanks to Julie for the recommendation, and thank you so much Chris and Raul for all you did for me! I highly recommend this company and crew for any and all moving needs. Fantastic service and careful consideration are irreplaceable. This move couldn’t have been better thanks to their tireless efforts to ensure the safety and protection of all my belongings and I will gladly use them and refer others to them, always now!!!

Chris and his guys were great. They moved all of our belongings and worked for 12 hours straight. They were so friendly and helpful. They made our move seamless and less stressful. I can’t believe how easily they moved several large pieces for us (like the baby grand piano).
The cost was up front and understood before their arrival. Would highly recommend them for your move.
